On Thursday, it snowed in Tokyo and its vicinity.
We haven’t had that much of snow lately for the past few years that accumulated.
A few centimeters (just over an inch) of snow will create havoc in traffic.

Not too many people are wearing winter tires (stud-less tires) so cars are slipping.

Luckily, by the next day, most snow were gone but there were still ice on the road and people were slipping.
This picture is today, at Kanda Myojin Shrine.

神田明神 2022/01/07

There were so many people at the shrine gracing for a good year.
Me, I couldn’t care less. I never go to bless but I do go to the shrines and temples to see the people and the buildings.

Have a great year.
