Too many problems with the train and public transportation nowadays due to quakes and other infrastructure breakdowns.
Today, I wish to introduce you to a cat shelter cat cafe in Tokyo.
The president is a friend of mine and I’ve been trying to pursade her to do something at FCCJ regarding Tokyo cat issues.
The cat cafe is called “Neco Republic” and the Ochanomizu cafe is less than 10 minutes walk from my apartment.
