I had to go to the Chigasaki municipal office (city hall) today to get some government documents regarding “hanko” which is the seal of certification to prove authenticity.
There are several places where I could retrieve them.
I missed the near by yesterday due to my ignorance (not knowing that I was passing by in front) when I took out the garbage (cloth and chairs — mainly the incombustibles) to the city dump.
There is a system of “My Number Card” which is an identification system for various government system but not as good as Estonia’s e-government, which I envy them very much.
I don’t have that card due to various reasons but I could have saved 2 hours of waiting today if I had one.
