Last night, I had to attend the meeting at the foreign press club.
I met with the current President of the Club and another person who wanted to help out and volunteer to be the next IT committee chairman.
We talked for close to 2 hours and had a very fruitful meeting.
The meeting adjourned at little after 8PM.
The Club need to abide by the curfew restrictions to halt services at 8PM at the bar.
I took the express train back and paid a premium price but it was good.
The reason I had to get back home was that I had the boiler replaced and sink fixed.
Many of our equipments are failing since it’s been about 14 years or so moving in.
I had to move 3 cars to a parking lot nearby so that the construction cars can come in.
They came about 8:30 in the morning and got started.
It took until past 1PM to get it done.
It was replaced.
Now, I’m enjoying the better out of it.
After 15 years or so, things get better.
Now, I don’t have to worry for another 15 or so many years.
May be I’ll be dead.
One more equipment that I need to have it replaced is the A/C.
We have a built-in central A/C system like the hotel.
What we need to replace is the heat pump.
I think we’ll have to replace it this year…
Not during summer when the heat is brutal.
Luckily, we do not have the dog anymore since he died on last Nov. 30th.
Well, let’s see how things work out.
Right now, I’m extremely busy with everything and there are too many things that’s costing me.
There is an end to everything.
